We believe in personalized care and always allow you to select the caregiver from a group of experienced staff. It’s not easy to open your home to someone, but we assist you in every step to make this process easy and provide care you need at its best.

What services do you provide?
A: We offer wide range of services. We assist elderly, ill or disabled with activities that make them able to stay at their own home safely and with dignity. The services may be as simple as companion services or they may include grooming, bathing assistance, medication reminders, fall prevention, house cleaning, cooking and meal preparation, laundry, and running errands. We also specialize in Alzheimer’s care.

How does the cost of your services compare to other home care or assisted living facilities?
A: We believe we not only provide excellent service but also excellent value. Our service runs well below the cost of any Nursing Home Care or Assisted Living Facility. We provide personalized care at a fraction of the national health care cost.

I need someone right away. How long does it take to get the services started?
A: Usually we can provide service within 48 hours, but sometimes we can provide care the same day.

What caregivers are available?
A: We have a wide range of caregivers, mainly European Men and Women, with different skill sets, training, and certifications depending on your needs; from simple caring companions to professional skilled nurses. Our staff is closely supervised to deliver superior and professional service. We follow up and monitor and always welcome your feedback.

What happens if I need to change the schedule?
A: We adjust to your needs. Changing the schedule is not a problem at all.

What are your Office Hours? 
A: The Care Manager is available 24/7, so you can call anytime. Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What if I have a special request? 
A: Anytime you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to let us know. We always try to accommodate any special needs.

How do I get started?
A: Just call us at (201) 694-1350. We then can schedule a free, no obligation visit and assessment at your home. We will work with you to select a caregiver who best fits into your needs, your home, and life style. We schedule an interview with the caregiver, and if you approve, they can start working for you right away.
